DDA Support Broker

As a Support Broker, TAJ assists individuals with developmental disabilities who choose to self-direct their services—providing guidance and support in developing a self-directed Personal Centered Plan (PCP) and budget, and offering ongoing coaching and mentoring to help individuals manage their services, including employer-related tasks, and navigate the DDA system.

Services can be provided in person to those living in Washington & Frederick County.  Virtual services are available for all clients.
